N.E. Washington Health Programs, helped by Washington State Capital Budget grant, will build a new community dental clinic in Springdale.
N.E. Washington officials said the new clinic will allow the expansion of dental services with more operatives and more scheduled appointments to better serve the Springdale area and outlying communities.
The current dental clinic in Springdale was open in November 2006 and is housed in a small modular building. Over the past three year s, the clinic has served more than 2,100 patients.
Officials were thankful to Sta te Sen. Shelly Short and Rep. Joel Kretz and Jacquelin Maycumber who ensured the dental clinic was placed in the state’s capital budget.
