The Stevens County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to collect information from a home invasion in the Deer Park area on Feb. 12.
According to the Sheriff’s Office the home invasion robbery took place at around 6:45 p.m. at a home on McKenzie-Woolard Road.
Two males and one female allegedly forced their way into the victim’s home at gunpoint, tied the victim up, and stole numerous items including firearms and the victim’s debit card. The suspects forced the victim to give them his PIN for the debit card.
The suspects were described as a white male, late-30s, slender at about 5 foot-11; a white male, mid-20s and 5 foot-8 with glasses; and a white female, early-20s, 5 foot-5, slender, with long black hair.
Approximately two hours after the incident, a suspect attempted to use the victim’s debit card at the Save Mart in Spokane. Photos of the suspect and vehicle were later obtained. Detectives are also in the process of obtaining more suspect photos from the Safeway in Spokane in the same time frame.
Investigators believe the home invasion was a random/isolated incident in the area and the suspects are not believed to have any ties to the victim.
Anyone with information on the incident are asked to contact the Stevens County Sheriff's Office at (509)684-5296 office, (509)684-2555 (dispatch).
