After months of work and coordination, the first Little Free Library was installed in Deer Park at 3833 E. Eloika Rd. on September 29.

Joe Feist was selected as the “Rotarian of the Year” and awarded the honor by Wes Player, the outgoing president of the Deer Park Rotary Club. (Dr. Ken Russell, superintendent of Riverside High School, is the new president).
