Lady Stags move along in soccer playoffs

The Deer Park girls soccer team, staked to four goals in 21 minutes of the first half, defeated Colville 7-1 in a District VII tournament loser-out game yesterday.
All-Northeast A League co-offensive player Livvy Moore keyed the first half scoring explosion with a pair of goals.
Moore would complete the hat trick with a penalty kick goal at the 58-minute mark.
Carmen Kiewert added a pair of goals in the win.
The Lady Stags begin their state tournament journey 2 p.m. on Saturday against Caribou Trail League champion Cascade.
