Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputy David Morris, the former Deer Park School District resource deputy, will present a seminar on how to survive a active shooter event 6:30-8 p.m. on March 14 at Deer Park High School.
Morris, a member of the Sheriff’s Department Crime Prevention Unit, said the seminar will discuss knowledge and planning in active shooter events, the biggest resources available to survive such an event.
He added that the seminar is designed for adults (18 years and older).
